What types of clients do I work with?
I work with clients who are ready to improve their health through diet and lifestyle choices. Clients see me for a variety of nutritional needs including: decreasing risk factors for heart disease (elevated cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar), losing weight, improving gastrointestinal health, seeking dietary assistance following a medical diagnosis, sports nutrition, and more.
What is your food philosophy?
Choosing nutritious foods is key to promoting health. I emphasize the importance of natural and unprocessed foods using the principles of the Mediterranean Diet and DASH Diet (Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension).
Are we a good match?
I enjoy meeting potential clients in a discovery call before we begin working with each other. This is a great time for us to discuss your goals and the services I have to offer so we can make sure we are a good fit. After this call we set up our initial appointment.
Do you accept health insurance?
I currently do not accept health insurance. If you have an HSA account, check with your health insurance provider. Some plans allow HSA payments for nutrition counseling.
Are the private consultations in person or online?
All sessions are currently online using a HIPAA compliant portal.
