Hi there!

I’m Beth

I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist. I help people who have risk factors for heart disease improve their health through diet and lifestyle choices. I have more than 20 years of experience that includes clinical and wellness program development. I have worked with all age groups and my clinical work included time on a cardiac unit and in cardiac rehabilitation.

Heart health is my passion. I have experienced heart disease through my clients, patients, and also in my family. I am sensitive to the fears associated with heart disease and the motivation to live a healthy life.

No. The privacy settings in the private Facebook community mean that only you and the Your Heart Beats for You members will see your messages in the group

+ Is having a Facebook account required to access the Your Heart Beats for You program and resources?

The program’s personalized support; personalized plan; education sessions; question and answer sessions; handouts and guides are all accessible without a Facebook account. If you wish to participate in the private Facebook community, you will need a Facebook account.

+ How long is the program?

The Your Heart Beats for You Program is 16 weeks. After these 16 weeks, you can continue working with Beth.

+ Is everything available as soon as I join?

The materials are provided weekly so you have time to read, understand, and participate in the week’s activities.

+ Is everything online, or are there any printed materials?

There will be handouts that you can download and print for your reference. Much of the material is discussed during the interactive sessions where program members are encouraged to bring a notebook or their work sheets.

+ Is this program a diet plan?

The Your Heart Beats for You program is centered around the Mediterranean Diet which has been around for several centuries and is considered one of the healthiest diets in existence today. This eating style emphasizes real foods such as vegetables and fruits, olive oil, fish, poultry, beans and grains. The Mediterranean Diet is not a weight loss diet but many do lose weight by making these dietary changes.

The Mediterranean Diet also emphasizes a healthy living that embraces an active lifestyle, dietary moderation and variety, living in harmony with nature, valuing friendships, sharing meals, and taking quiet moments to recenter. Your Heart Beats for You, primarily focuses on dietary choices but will also help you become mindful of other factors that affect your heart health.

I am confident that you’ll love the program and the program will explain how you can make heart healthy nutrition choices. However, if you are not satisfied, I provide a full refund if you contact me within 7 days of purchase.
